My rare day off started with a visit to Chateau Lascombes and then moved on to a visit at Chateau Cos d’Estournel, which was unfortunately cut a bit short as we had another rendez-vous. After a lovely morning at Chateau Lascombes and lunch at a brasserie on the quay in Pauillac, we continued with our wine adventures with a stop at the Second Growth Chateau Cos d’Estournel. And I will be perfectly honest to say this was by far my favorite visit of the day.
