Hi all, I know it has been a while since I posted and yes, I know it is January, the beginning of the year. But the school year is almost over and mayhem has set in. I have my first exam next week, I have more projects and presentations that I can accommodate, and to top it all off it looks like I will be moving soon.

I never thought I would say this but I almost miss the rhythm of working full time – but as they say, the grass is always greener. I forgot how exhausting the end of the school year can be.

Today I actually have one of the biggest presentations of the year. It’s actually a competition between the “French” and “English” segments of the class and it is entirely in French. My poor teammates have been shouldering the largest portion of the work, but I  like to think I at least helped a little.

I’m sitting here writing and trying to distract myself from the nerves, as I will be helping with the presentation … in French… in front of the company. That’s right, it’s not for a class  but for one of the Estates in the greater Bordeaux area. And it’s worth about 5% of my final grade for the entire year. Again…nerves are rampant.

All that being said, I’m likely to go dark for again for awhile as I try to dig myself out from all the work. See you on the other side.
